A Guide To Among Us – Imposter

Posted on February 12, 2021 at 3:55 pm

Over the past couple of months, we have been looking deeply into a worldwide popular game known as Among Us. So now it is about time that we take a deeper look into the role of the Imposter, sharing with you a guide on how to be the best imposter you can be!

To begin, the role of the Imposter is to kill as many crewmates as they can without being caught out. To win the game you must kill enough crewmates before they complete all of their tasks or discover who the imposter is!

Being A Great Imposter
The time has come, where we share our secrets on how to become a great imposter. This is the role everyone wants, and when you get it you need to be the best you can be. Follow our tips to watch yourself win every game!

1- Fake Tasks
The best way to be an effective imposter is by faking that you are doing tasks. This is easier said than done if you are new to the game. Essentially you just need to hang around the area where tasks are normally placed, so other players assume you are completing them.

2- Venting
Venting is an excellent way for the imposter to move around the map quickly and effectively. This is good for if you have just killed another player, or if you want to sneak up on a player. You must remember the vents will move when you are in them so people may become suspicious.

3- Moving The Blame
If people begin to suspect that you are the imposter, you need to create your own story that is believable allowing you to shift the blame onto another player. If you are a great storyteller this will work in your favour, if others believe you over the player being truthful.

Firstly, you should always consider if there will be any sales happening anytime soon. For example, black Friday or the end of summer sales. These can help you save a percentage of the cost.

You should always consider hunting around multiple shops to find the best deal. You will find that some stores will sell newly released games for £45 to £50. But if you shop around it is possible to find the same game for £40 or less. A quick Google search is all it takes.
